CV/Gate-to-MIDI Interface:

Redesign A-138a/b. From April 2004 an improved version of the module A-138b is manufactured. For the revised version control Input 1 works as a DC offset generator (about 0...+5V) provided that no patch cord is plugged into socket In1. If this feature is not required it can be deactivated by removing a jumper on the pc board. Probably from summer 2004 even the A-138a will be manufactured with this improvement. now available |

Redesign A-150. From May 2004 an improved version of the module is manufactured. The revised version allows to process voltages in the full A-100 voltage range (i.e. -12V....+12V). The previous limitation to -8...+8V is no longer valid. The new version can be distinguished from the previous version by the printing at the pcb ("A-150 DUAL VC SWITCH VERSION 2"). Another way to distinguish the two versions are the integrated circuits: "CD4053" for the old version, "DG409" for the new version. Multitype Morphing Filter. This is a brand new Multitype Morphing Filter. This
module contains completely
new features that - as far as we know - are available for none of the
other filters on the market: Probably more than 30 different filter types
are available (different types of low pass, high pass, band pass, notch, all pass
and completely new combined filter types) that can be passed through with
a control voltage. Even the morphing time (i.e. how fast the next filter
type comes up) is voltage controlled. The provisional A-107 page shows
the most important features of the module and the filter response curves of

Voltage Controlled Polarizer. This link leads to a provisional information about
the special dual voltage controlled
amplifier that enables both positive and negative amplifications. Negative
amplifications means in this context that the signal is inverted.
The main application of the module is the processing of control voltages,
e.g. ADSR or LFO. The amplification range will be
(prospectively) -5....0....+5. Amplification can be adjusted manually or by an external control voltage. The
current amplification is

In this group we present by popular request several
functions of Don Buchla's "Source of Uncertainty 265/266" (SOU)
modules that cannot be realized with existing A-100 modules. Many
functions of Buchla's 265 and 266 SOU can be realized with existing A-100
modules. For details please refer to A-100

Minimum/Maximum Selector. This link leads to a provisional information about
the minimum/maximum selector module
that is
equipped with four analog inputs and two analog outputs (minimum, maximum).
The main application of the module is the processing/mixing of control voltages,
e.g. random voltages, ADSR, LFO, S&H, ribbon CV, theremin-CV
and similar. The module permanently picks the maximum resp. minimum voltage out
of the four input signals and outputs these voltages to the maximum resp. minimum
